# CORE CONCEPTS

SparkleX is designed on a core principle of separating **intelligence** (i.e., *thinking*) from **execution** (i.e., *doing*).\

All the strategy—deciding *where* to invest, *when* to rebalance, and *how much* to allocate—is handled off-chain by SparkleXs AI engine or your own AI agent. All the execution—actually moving funds, claiming rewards, adjusting positions—happens only inside secure, user-controlled smart-contract vaults on-chain.\
\
This split matters. The AI can upgrade, learn, and adapt to market conditions in real time without touching custody. Your assets stay in immutable, fully audited contracts that cannot be changed behind your back. No forced migrations, no hidden upgrades, no rug mechanics. Smart automation sits on top; security stays below, anchored in code.
